TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

Art. 1

The delivery date of the goods for sale, for their particular type and the relevant problems, will be communicated every time an order is sent, anyway before the final payment, as item in the budget to approve. For equal orders there should be different times according to the availability of the good in the warehouse.

Art. 2 

The goods are meant to be purchased ex warehouse, hence the delivery charges of the goods starting from the headquarter of Calpasen & C. srl, in Mola di Bari, Viale Unità d’Italia 3, will be paid by the buyer.

Art. 3

The shipping costs can vary and depend on the quantity and type of the goods ordered.

Art. 4

Calpasen & C. srl sells its products ex-works. In the case in which the client will need a proper estimate of shipping costs at the recipient’s location, Calpasen & C. Srl can contact the shipping companies authorised in order to five the requested estimate.

Art. 5

During the shipping of the purchased goods, the arrangement of equipment and structures compliant with the discharge of the goods, and their placement at the recipient’s location, remain at the exclusive expense of this latter. Moreover, the buyer will have to ensure that the discharge of goods should occur in an easily accessible place and suitable to trucks operations. Moreover, in the phase of acceptance, the buyer agrees, after the removal of packaging and / or the lifting of tarpaulins, to make a video of the goods received in which it will be possible to verify the state of the delivery, sending it via e-mail or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
